Data Deletion Request
AI Estate Operator provides an AI assistant that real-estate agencies use to reply to people on WhatsApp (Communication via WhatsApp Business Cloud API). This page explains how to have your personal data deleted.
If you messaged an agency on WhatsApp
You can have the data associated with your conversation deleted at any time. You have three options:
- Reply
STOPin the chat. This immediately opts you out of further messages. - Ask the agency directly - the agency you contacted controls your data and can delete it on request.
- Email us at info@tme-affiliates.com with the subject line "Delete my data". To help us find your records, include the WhatsApp phone number you messaged from and, if you know it, the name of the agency you contacted.
If you are an agency staff member with a dashboard account
Email info@tme-affiliates.com from your account email address and ask us to delete your account and personal data, or ask your agency's account administrator to remove your access.
What happens after you ask
- We confirm your request and verify your identity where needed to protect your data;
- We delete or anonymise your personal data in our systems within 7 days;
- Some records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires (for example, billing records), and are then deleted;
- Separately, Meta deletes message content from the WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure within 30 days as part of its own process.
